We were told last year that we didn't have a hope in our efforts.
They were wrong.

We told you last year that YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
We were right.

Because millions of people are experiencing the detrimental effects of the social pestilence of the boom car phenomenon and are working hard to change it, cities all over the nation, as cited in the Stacks section (Community Action) of this Web site, are rising to the cause of change.

Last year, we added 130 new links to the Web site.
This year we are adding over 100 more links, several new resource tools, several new pages, a new design, better layout, and a chat room!

This site continues to define and explore the problem, and to strive for and present solutions. Our membership is growing. Our voices are being heard. We continue to stand together; an alliance that claims our God-given right to peace and tranquility in our own homes.
