The loud noises of thumping cars while driving or in your own home is
very disturbing and stressful. Tickets should be issued and fines should
be severe if given a ticket more then three times, let this be three
strikes and go to jail.

While driving or at home, you should be able to call in the license
number and a complaint letter could then be issued to the violator. If
the violator is issued three complaints, let he/she spend the week end in
jail or pickup trash along the highways. How about bumper stickers
reading, "thumpers be gone"?
