Deputy Constable Grayson was shot and killed after he and
another deputy responded to a local park on a call of loud music. Upon their
arrival the suspect began assaulting Deputy Constable Grayson and then shot
him in the chest.
Deputy Constable Grayson had been with the agency for eight years and was
survived by his wife and child.
